Areas of Practice

David Christensen is an associate in the Boston office of K&L Gates and concentrates his practice in general civil and commercial litigation matters, including class action defense. He has represented a variety of corporate clients in contract, tort, and consumer protection matters in both federal and state courts.  Mr. Christensen has experience representing mortgage lenders, banks and other financial institutions in suits under various federal and state consumer statutes, including the federal Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”) and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”).
