Mr. Cohen is a partner in K&L Gates where he co-chairs the firm's e-Discovery Analysis & Technology (e-DAT) Group. Mr. Cohen has over 25 years of commercial litigation experience in a variety of subject matters. For more detailed information, please see Mr. Cohen's Extended Biography.
Professional Background
Mr. Cohen joined K&L Gates in 1983. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne Law School in 1996 and 1997. Mr. Cohen has authored numerous legal publications and is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars regarding e-discovery, technology, and litigation tactics. In November 2008 he was honored with an "ESI Technology Champion" Award at the Vestige Annual E-Discovery Awards Gala.
