Areas of Practice
Paul Davis is a senior litigation partner in K&L Gates' Anchorage office. He successfully handles a wide variety of civil matters, including complex tort, product liability, business, professional liability, premises liability and construction law claims. Paul's practice includes appointment as a mediator and arbiter in cases involving business disputes, tort, professional liability, employment and construction claims. He has represented businesses and individuals before many state and federal administrative agencies.
During his more than 34 years of practicing in Alaska in the field of employment law and litigation, Paul was lead counsel in Alaska’s first reported class action sexual discrimination case; lead counsel in Alaska’s first reported age discrimination case; lead counsel in Alaska’s first employment claim retaliation case; and lead counsel in Alaska’s first reported sexual harassment case. He has counseled private and public clients in all aspects of employment law and litigation. His practice is now focused solely on the representation of employers.
