Christian Hullmann is a partner in the firm's Berlin office. He focuses on land use and planning law as well as on environmental law. He has extensive experience advising leading German and international corporate clients on real estate developments and transactions, as well as on drafting and negotiating planning agreements relating to issues such as enabling development. In addition, Christian advises clients on renewable energy projects such as photovoltaic (PV) facilities and wind farms. He has been involved in numerous due diligence procedures, and the negotiation of environmental warranties and indemnities in corporate transactions.
Christian joined K&L Gates in January 2007. From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the Berlin offices of leading international law firms.
