Areas of Practice

Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice in the area of complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling. She has represented policyholders in connection with environmental, toxic tort, products liability, residual value, fidelity, professional liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, employers’ liability, political risk, terrorism, and other insurance coverage matters.  Ms. Anderson also has significant knowledge and experience relating to the London insurance market. 

Professional Background

Ms. Anderson joined K&L Gates in 1998.  She has published extensively on insurance coverage and related issues, and currently serves on a number of editorial boards, including for International Risk Management Institute’s CGL Reporter, The Insurance Coverage Law Bulletin and the Silica Legal News Report (a publication of American Lawyer Media Law Journal Newsletters).

Ms. Anderson serves as the current Chair-Elect of the Excess, Surplus Lines and Reinsurance General Committee within the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section and as the current Vice-Chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation General Committee within the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section.
