Daniel Wise is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives team of the London office. His practice includes advising on the broad range of UK employment law issues spanning both contentious and corporate advisory work. Daniel's advice on transactional issues includes negotiating indemnities and warranties as well as dealing with the appointment and termination of senior executives, board room disputes, foreign assignments and secondment issues. His contentious experience includes complex discrimination disputes, team moves and unlawful business competition issues, advice on restrictive covenants as well as bonus, commission and profit sharing claims.
Daniel works primarily for large corporates and his practice has given him substantial sector experience in financial services as well as the technology and manufacturing industries.
Daniel joined the firm in January 2009 having previously worked for another City-based law firm for eight years. Before this he practiced as a barrister and is therefore dual-qualified as a barrister and solicitor.
