Areas of Practice

Gregg Cosimi is a transactional real estate attorney representing clients throughout the United States in acquisitions and dispositions, zoning and land use, leasing and financing, partnership and entity formation, and construction related matters.  Gregg’s experience includes representation of regional and national owners, developers, investors, lenders and tenants in a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions.  These include the development of a premier waterfront hotel and condominium, the construction of a downtown Boston office tower, the acquisition and development of multiple office, research and industrial locations, the financing of residential, hotel and commercial projects, and the leasing of hundreds of office, retail, warehouse and industrial locations.  Gregg also advises clients with respect to general business and corporate issues, including out-of-court restructurings.

Mr. Cosimi is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction he earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, he has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.
