Areas of Practice
For more than 40 years, Mr. Yeager has focused his practice on intellectual property litigation throughout the United States. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of trials and appeals involving a wide array of technologies and businesses. For a decade, he taught the course in intellectual property at Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Yeager has been named in the peer recognition directory, The Best Lawyers in America, since it began to list intellectual property lawyers. His expertise in the field of patent litigation has been acknowledged in the federal court in Pittsburgh by his being appointed as a Special Master for claim construction purposes. He continues his highly active litigation practice with emphasis in patent infringement cases.

  • Mr. Yeager served as Adjunct Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Duquesne University School of Law from 1971-79.
