Mr. Baghdassarian concentrates his practice in the health care and corporate areas.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Baghdassarian was in-house counsel for a large medical group in Fort Lauderdale, where he gained experience in matters relating to physician groups, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and federal and state regulatory compliance. Mr. Baghdassarian was also previously an associate in the International Tax Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers and is fluent in Armenian.
