Areas of Practice

Doug Greenswag practices in intellectual property law, focusing almost exclusively on patent litigation. Although he is experienced with many industries, Doug's most recent cases have focused on software and other computer technology patent matters.

Doug's intellectual property experience extends beyond computer software and includes cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, data storage and paper making technology. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law, and is admitted to practice before the Federal Circuit.
