Mr. Weinstein is a partner in the Miami office of K&L Gates and has a broad range of counseling and litigation experience on behalf of health care providers and assorted corporate clients. He regularly represents his clients in a variety of commercial matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Weinstein also has extensive experience representing businesses in insurance coverage disputes and significant collection matters.

Mr. Weinstein holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Florida Trend’s "Legal Elite" and additionally was named as a "Top Lawyer in South Florida " by the South Florida Legal Guide.
