Areas of Practice
Jessica Pearlman is a partner focusing on corporate securities and mergers and acquisitions in the firm's Seattle office. Ms. Pearlman represents emerging and established companies in various corporate, securities and finance matters. Her practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and compliance with federal securities laws and investments. She is a frequent presenter on mergers and acquisitions topics. Currently, Ms. Pearlman serves as chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Market Trends Subcommittee of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law.
