Areas of Practice
Ms. Hepburn is a trial attorney at K&L Gates. Ms. Hepburn's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property litigation, employment litigation and class action defense. She has successfully litigated or settled cases involving trade secrets, trademark and copyright matters, non-competition agreements, discrimination claims, entertainment law matters, and complex contractual disputes. Ms. Hepburn has served as lead and second chair counsel for civil trials while working at the firm and tried criminal felony cases while participating in a trial fellowship program with the King County Prosecutor's office. She also has significant mediation and arbitration experience.

Professional Background
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hepburn worked as a DJ at several radio stations in the Midwest. She was also a DJ on KEXP, 90.3FM, in Seattle. She was a summer associate at Preston Gates & Ellis LLP in 2001.
