Mr. Cedar, a partner in K&L Gates' New York office, has broad experience in the securities and financial services industries. He concentrates his practice in the fixed income securities and mortgage markets, providing transactional and regulatory advice in connection with asset backed securitizations, corporate and structured securities, collateralized financings and mortgage banking.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cedar was a Senior Managing Director in the Legal Department at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He has also practiced law at two major New York law firms, initially as a securities litigator.
