Areas of Practice

Mr. Pridgen focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and international transactions. He serves as primary outside counsel to private and public companies and has represented clients in numerous merger and acquisition and other corporate transactions.

Representative Experience
  • Provides legal services in the U.S. for a publicly traded U.K. company and its U.S. subsidiaries that manufacture filtration materials and equipment for fuel cell materials.   
  • Represented purchaser in leveraged recapitalization of plastics company.   
  • Represented purchaser in purchase of snack food company.   
  • Represented purchaser in purchase of telecommunications device manufacturer through a reverse cash merger.   
  • Represented the selling shareholders in the sale of stock of an insurance company.

Professional Background

Mr. Pridgen was a captain in the United States Army, serving from 1969-1973. From 1997-1999, he served as executive vice president and general counsel of Glenayre Technologies, Inc.
