Representative Experience

Served as party-appointed arbitrator in several major contract disputes in utility industry.

Served as party-appointed arbitrator in major contract dispute between a coal company and an electric generator.

Represented buyer in purchase of assets of a leading hosiery manufacturing business.

Represented seller in sale of assets of a home furnishings manufacturer.

Represented a major utility in matter before the North Carolina Utilities Commission.
