Mr. Walker focuses his practice on the areas of corporate and transactional law, public utility regulation, securities law, and alternative dispute resolution.

Representative Experience
  • Served as party-appointed arbitrator in several major contract disputes in utility industry.
  • Served as party-appointed arbitrator in major contract dispute between a coal company and an electric generator.
  • Represented buyer in purchase of assets of a leading hosiery manufacturing business.
  • Represented seller in sale of assets of a home furnishings manufacturer.
  • Represented a major utility in matter before the North Carolina Utilities Commission.
