Ms. Ricardi is an associate in the firm's corporate and transactional group and focuses her practice on the areas of corporate law and financial services regulation. Ms. Ricardi advises clients on matters pertaining to financing, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, securities laws, securities offerings and regulatory matters. Additionally, she has experience advising clients in various segments of the financial services industry on regulatory issues arising at both the state and federal level.
During law school, Ms. Ricardi worked as a student attorney at the Boston University Civil Litigation Clinic, where she managed family law and small claims cases in various stages of litigation.
