Pawel Chudzicki's practice focuses on counseling European companies in connection with their business activities in the United States and their relationships with U.S. partners, including negotiations of complex business arrangements, strategic global alliances and disputes before U.S. courts. He serves clients in a broad range of industries including aerospace, banking, chemical, hi-tech, manufacturing, media and insurance.
Mr. Chudzicki has experience representing U.S. and Canadian banks and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions as well as European and U.S. entities and high net worth individuals in connection with corporate aircraft acquisitions, financing and international operations.
Previously, Mr. Chudzicki practiced at a Chicago-based international law firm, where he advised clients on various aspects of their cross-border corporate and finance activities with a particular focus on Poland, Czech Republic and Turkey.
Appointed by Mayor Richard M. Daley, Mr. Chudzicki serves on the board of directors of the Chicago Sister Cities International Program. In 2008, he represented Chicago at the commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the Jewish Ghetto Uprising in Warsaw. President Lech Kaczynski awarded Mr. Chudzicki a Silver Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland during his 2007 visit to Chicago.
