Carolyn Jayne concentrates her practice in investment management, finance, and corporate and transactional matters. She has experience forming and advising hedge funds; representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities; and assisting clients with a broad range of commercial transactions, including services and development agreements. She also has experience with public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases and sales, and public and private offerings of securities.
