Areas of Practice

Gregory R. Andre is a partner with over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate law, including design and construction contracts and disputes, land use and development, leasing and sale-leasebacks, acquisitions and sales and related matters involving properties located throughout the United States.

Mr. Andre has experience with major urban and suburban office buildings, retail centers and malls, hotels, hospitals, senior housing, master-planned communities, golf courses, commercial mixed-use projects, industrial and manufacturing facilities, biofuel facilities and public utilities, airports, highways and infrastructure.
