Philip Clark Jones concentrates in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on litigation and arbitration of construction claims, federal government contract appeals, insurance coverage disputes and antitrust litigation. He has acted as successful lead trial counsel in high stakes cases throughout the United States.

Professional Background
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jones was an international project development officer and Director of the Program for Engineering and Feasibility Studies for the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Jones engaged for four years in indigent criminal defense as a solo practitioner, achieving 28 acquittals out of 34 felony trials during his final two years.
Mr. Jones is currently an Adjunct Professor at Catholic University of America, Graduate School of Engineering, where he teaches construction law.
Speaking Engagements
An accomplished speaker, Mr. Jones presents at seminars for both national and local construction trade associations, and also presents seminars on development of negotiation skills for attorneys.
