Nancy E. Bertoglio advises both private and public sector clients on employee counseling and labor and employment litigation matters.
Ms. Bertoglio represents employers in union organization matters before the National Labor Relations Board and Illinois State and Local Labor Relations Boards. She has represented employers in employment discrimination cases in federal and state courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Chicago Commission on Human Relations and other state and federal agencies, and conducted in-house seminars for companies on employment practice.
Ms. Bertoglio has served as one of the few women in top management roles among major law firms for ten years.
