Ms. Moore’s practice is in the area of commercial litigation. Ms. Moore’s primary focus is ERISA litigation, products liability and general business litigation. Ms. Moore has successfully represented clients in cases involving contract disputes, tort and negligence claims, employment issues, premises liability claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Ms. Moore has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Moore served as Law Clerk to United States District Judge Mary Lou Robinson, Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division from 1980 to 1981. She was also a Briefing Attorney for the Court of Civil Appeals, Seventh Supreme Judicial District in Amarillo, Texas from 1979 to 1980.
