U.S. Projects
Representation of public port authority in a PPP project involving the development and construction on port property of a rail line and a distribution warehouse to facilitate high-speed rail transport of western U.S. fresh fruit and produce to northeastern U.S. markets.
UK Projects
Advised a construction joint venture on a £500 million PFI project for the development of a new teaching hospital and a new psychiatric hospital in Birmingham, England.
