Other International Projects
Advised a West African State in relation to a World Bank-funded study into the introduction of private sector participation in the road maintenance sector.
Advising the Hacienda (the Mexican Treasury) on a PPP accommodation project for the Mexican customs agency, AGA.
Advising the International Finance Corporation in Delhi on the model concession agreement for PPP roads, as used in India, including advice on changes to the agreement to increase foreign participation in the Indian PPP roads program.
Represented a Japanese trading house on the establishment of a PFI joint venture with a U.S. corporation for IT and e-commerce projects in Asia.
Advised PICKO (Private Infrastructure Investment Centre of Korea) the government agency charged with coordinating the implementation of the Private Participation in Infrastructure (PPI) Scheme in Korea, on the development of a model transaction structure for private participation in infrastructure.
