Rainer Altfuldisch is an associate in the firm's Berlin office and its corporate and transactional practice group. He focuses his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. Rainer has experience in various kinds of M&A transactions, including complex international/cross-border and private equity deals. He advised several strategic investors as well as national and international private equity houses on small, mid-size and major LBOs, MBOs, secondary buy-outs and management equity participation programs.
Rainer Altfuldisch joined K&L Gates in February 2009 after working as a lawyer in the field of corporate finance/private equity at a leading international law firm in Frankfurt since 2005. Prior to this Rainer was a research fellow in an international Max Planck Research School.
