As well as the usual round-up of the month's key developments, including a look at the employment law implications of the new Government's first Budget, this month's webinar featured a round-up of recent cases in relation to the calculation of holiday pay.

At a time when many employees will soon be taking holiday, we reviewed the steady stream of cases relating to what benefits should be included within the calculation of holiday pay and discussed the special considerations which apply to employees on long term sickness absence or maternity leave.
