A host of financial and commercial agreements provide that one party can choose between a number of alternate jurisdictions when submitting disputes for determination, while restricting the other party to a single forum. This fifth webinar in the K&L Gates International Arbitration Webinar Series addresses questions on the enforceability of such “asymmetric” dispute resolution clauses.
