IV. False Claims Act risks for health care providers
With False Claims Act (FCA) recoveries continuing to soar, whistleblower actions continuing to increase and financial penalties dramatically expanding, our team will review the most significant developments in FCA litigation from 2016 and identify the topics and trends that health care providers should be aware of and watch in 2017.
