Rob Tammero is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Tammero represents companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate governance. He regularly advises buyers and sellers of businesses and assets, venture investors, and companies raising capital. Mr. Tammero’s practice includes representation of financial institutions and their holding companies, fintech companies, and other financial service providers in corporate and regulatory matters.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tammero was an associate in the corporate and securities section of a national, Boston-based law firm. Before entering private practice, Mr. Tammero served as a law clerk with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
