Rüdiger von Hülst is the administrative partner of the Berlin and Frankfurt offices and a member of the Corporate practice group. He has 20 years experience in M&A, joint ventures, utilities and infrastructure privatizations and Public Private Partnerships. He provides consultancy services to sponsors, banks, lenders, promoters, but also to the public sector, for national and international projects. His focus is on designing and structuring PPPs, privatization and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining K&L Gates in 2007 Rüdiger served as an attorney for a major German law firm. He also previously served as a tax consultant with an international tax and auditing group in Frankfurt.
Qualified as a lawyer in 1989.
Rüdiger regularly gives lectures on corporate topics and PPP.
