Ms. Rumenos is a lawyer in the Labour, Employment and Workplace Safety practice group. She also assists the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group on a range of matters including commercial litigation, arbitrations, strategic advice and personal injury claims.

Ms. Rumenos assists a range of pro bono clients and is particularly involved in animal welfare law. She regularly assists RSPCA WA in civil forfeiture and criminal prosecution matters and recently assisted Animals Australia in bringing a Federal Court application to prevent the granting of a live export permit. She has also provided employment advice to Cat Haven and advised Search Dogs Australia on property related issues.

Ms. Rumenos advises clients across a variety of industries in relation to employment and industrial relations issues, including unfair dismissal claims and termination of employment. She also has experience assisting in corporate law matters including providing advice in relation to ASX and ASIC regulatory compliance. Ms Rumenos also has experience with the litigation process and has assisted with various disputes, including international arbitrations, across a range of industries including construction, mining and mining services, sport and aged care.
