Ms. Turpin is a partner within the litigation & dispute resolution and insurance coverage practice groups.

Ms. Turpin advises on contentious and non-contentious insurance matters with particular focus on Professional Indemnity, Directors’ & Officers' Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Crime/Fidelity, Product Liability, Credit Risk and Cyber insurance. She represents clients in relation to disputed claims, if necessary through litigation, mediation or arbitration, and advises in relation to claims notification and claims management issues. She also advises on policy wordings at the pre-contract stage.

Ms. Turpin also has considerable experience in representing directors, trustees and other professionals in the defence of liability claims, including claims against accountants, auditors, insurance brokers, surveyors and financial intermediaries.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm in September 2005, Ms. Turpin worked for another leading insurance coverage practice in the city, acting primarily for insurers and Lloyd's underwriters and their insureds.
