  • Assisting on advising RATCH-Australia Corporation Limited in relation to the successful financial close of the AUD300 million, 226MW Collector Wind Farm. 
  • Assisting on advising Programmed Facility Management in relation to its role as Facility Management provider on various project bid and financial close processes, including in relation to student accommodation projects for Curtin University and The University of Tasmania.
  • Assisting on advising property owners, including private, public and local government clients, in relation to sales, acquisitions and due diligence for potential purchases and dispositions of a range of property types, including development sites and shopping centres. 
  • Advising clients on the sale and acquisition of vacant land, residential, commercial, office and industrial properties, including due diligence advice and reporting. 
  • Drafting and advising on contracts of sale, including off the plan sales, leases and other real property dealings.
