Skanthan Vivekananda concentrates his practice in the corporate, securities and investment management areas. He is resident in the Boston office.
Mr. Vivekananda advises asset managers and other financial institutions in connection with the structuring and formation of structured vehicles. Mr. Vivekananda's practice also focuses on drafting and negotiating a wide variety of derivatives instruments. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Vivekananda was with Latham & Watkins LLP. While there he focused his work on several different areas including: financial products, derivatives, structured finance and securitization, hedge fund and asset manager representation and fund formation.
