Stan Lewandowski focuses his practice on transactional and counseling matters, particularly for companies in the cleantech and high-tech sectors. His practice includes advising clients in the areas of business formation, corporate governance obligations, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and intellectual property protection. For cleantech companies specifically, he has also negotiated supply agreements, developed power purchase agreements, and advised on strategic business issues.
Stan regularly helps international companies form and operate their subsidiaries in the United States and negotiate complex cross-border commercial agreements. He also provides his international clients with advice on immigration and employment matters.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Stan was an associate with national firms in California.
