Ms. Robinson concentrates her practice on federal and state regulatory compliance and enforcement matters. Her practice includes advising clients on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and state licensing, usury, and anti-predatory lending laws. She represents a broad range of clients, including banks, mortgage lenders, servicers, investors, credit rating agencies, and other providers of consumer financial services.
