Ms. Greer Fulcher focuses her practice on real estate finance and real estate development, with a particular emphasis on assisting investors, developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate. She represents borrowers in mortgage loan and construction lending transactions. She also represents lenders with respect to negotiation and documentation of syndicated and single-lender secured financing transactions, and in connection with the workout, restructuring and foreclosure of non-performing credit facilities secured by real estate assets. Ms. Greer Fulcher also has substantial experience involving the development, disposition, and financing of multi-family residential projects.
