Ms. Francis is a real estate lawyer with a particular focus on property development, management and leasing. She acts for government agencies, property developers, financial institutions, corporate real estate clients and high net worth individuals.

Her experience includes acquisitions and disposals of assets, advising on property developments for commercial, mixed use and residential projects, complex leasing (commercial, industrial and retail), property due diligence and government projects, including statutory land acquisition processes.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Ms. Francis was a real estate lawyer at a leading Australian law firm. During this time she undertook a total of three secondments to pro bono, private sector and public sector clients.
