Mr. Dacus is an associate in the Dallas office.  His practice focuses on appellate law matters and complex commercial litigation in federal, state, bankruptcy, and alternative dispute resolution tribunals.  Mr. Dacus has particular experience in dealing with complex pretrial procedural law issues and post-arbitration practice in state and federal courts.
