Mr. Wulff is a patent attorney and lawyer. He focuses on preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications spanning a broad array of technologies. Mr. Wulff is experienced in all aspects of services relating to patents, including advising on patentability, validity, infringement, commercialisation, and strategic patent portfolio growth and maintenance. In addition, he has experience in conducting complex multi-jurisdictional patent litigation in the fields of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biotechnology.

Mr. Wulff brings both technology and business experience to his practice. His legal, technical, and business experience allows him to assist clients at all stages of growth in establishing and protecting patent positions.

Professional Background

Previously a research physicist, Mr. Wulff is experienced in information and communications technology. Mr. Wulff was also a seconded in-house patent attorney at a multinational mining and petroleum company, and gained further business experience as CEO of a technology start-up company.

Mr. Wulff attended the Strategic Intellectual Property Management, World Intellectual Property Organization Academy Executive Program at Harvard University and National University of Singapore in 2011.  He has also taken a Venture Capital Executive Course at the Haas School of Business, University of California.
