  • Advising an Irish fund, on the sale of Sodexo’s headquarters located near Paris in Issy (92) to La Française REM (approximately 10,000 sqm of offices);
  • Advising the company Kai Yuan Holding Limited, a listed Hong Kong investor, on the acquisition of the Hotel Marriott of Champs-Elysées in Paris (€344 million value);
  • Advising the joint venture created between the companies Chambers Street Properties and Goodman Europe on their investment consisting of an off-plan large logistics center of 90,000 sqm in the north of France, leased to Amazon;
  • Advising an Irish fund, as landlord, on various leases to French companies and institutions;
  • Advising Wargaming, an online game developer and publisher, as tenant, in respect of the execution of a commercial lease in Boulogne (92);
  • Advising Panattoni France, as developer, on the negotiation of an “off-plan” lease related to the technical center leased to the SNCF near Rennes;

  • Advising on the company Marathon Asset Management, a global credit manager, on its operation of a €280m continental European commercial property loan portfolio from Lloyds Banking Group;
Construction and Property Development
  • Advising Equinix, as project owner, on the realization of a large Datacenter in Pantin (93);

  • Advising our clients on all disputes regarding real estate operations notably for leases and for construction operations (judicial expertise, contractor’s liability, insurance under construction law, etc.)
