Blake Edwards

Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Edwards has focused his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has represented a diverse group of entities in a broad range of cases as plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts. Mr. Edwards has handled a variety of cases including claims for breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, reformation of contract, fraud, fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and deceptive trade practices. Mr. Edwards also has experience in representing clients in the area of labor and employment law, including matters involving non-disclosure and non-competition agreements and matters involving claims under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
