Tariq A. Fedda

Tariq Fedda is a partner in our energy, infrastructure, and resources practice area. He advises clients in relation to the structuring, development, implementation, and financing of international greenfield infrastructure projects. Tariq has particular experience in the LNG, renewable fuels (hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol), and power industries.

Tariq has advised developers, contractors, lenders, and investors in the drafting and negotiation of both project and finance documentation, including commodity and asset sale and purchase agreements, terminal use agreements, power purchase agreements, charter parties, concession agreements, joint ventures, loan agreements, and security agreements under both New York and English law. Tariq regularly advises on cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the firm, Tariq served as an associate for international law firms in London and Miami where he worked on the project development and financing of infrastructure projects in the LNG, power and maritime sectors.

Prior to practicing law, Tariq served as a business development manager for a Japanese trading house in Abu Dhabi where he worked on the structuring, analysis, and negotiation of independent water and power projects in the Middle East. Tariq also served as an executive for an English investment bank in New York where he worked on the structuring and sale of derivative products linked to equities, interest rates, commodities, and currencies.
