Thomas Warns is a third year litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and antitrust matters. Mr. Warns also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented charter schools in litigation with a government agency and has represented individuals in family and immigration court.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Warns was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office in 2014. In addition, he was a legal intern for the office of the District Attorney of Nassau County in 2013, and he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Rudolph E. Greco of the Queens County Civil Court in 2011.
