Tobias Kopp is a senior associate in the firm's Frankfurt office and part of the Complex Commercial Disputes and International Arbitration practice groups. He focuses on dispute resolution, including international and national arbitration, as well as court proceedings in the area of domestic and international business law. He is well versed in the fields of contract, warranty, product liability, and torts law. He also advises on legal issues in the context of distributorship agreements, particularly regarding cross-border relations.
