Dr. Uwe Lieschke, LL.M.

Uwe Lieschke is an associate in the firm's Berlin office and its corporate and transactional practice group. His practice encompasses all types of corporate matters. Advising both private and public sector clients, he has been involved in national and international transactions, PPP work, and corporate reorganizations. Uwe also advises on commercial law, insolvency law, as well as on general contract law. Besides his advisory activities, Uwe's special focus is on national and international litigation as well as international arbitration. He has experience in particular in matters involving corporate and commercial law.
