Ms. Worthy is an associate in the Charlotte Office. Ms. Worthy focuses her practice on real estate finance and real estate development, with a particular emphasis on assisting investors, developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate. She regularly represents financial institutions in connection with the workout of non-performing credit facilities, restructuring, foreclosure and enforcement of creditor’s rights in connection with distressed real estate assets
