  • A German banking group in relation to the restructuring of the Italian operations of two banking subsidiaries of the group, in the context of an international restructuring process involving transfer of various assets to a newly established third party bad bank governed by German laws.
  • The Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) in relation to the Italian Financial Transaction Tax. Designing and drafting the “Italian FTT Equity Protocol” and the “Italian FTT Derivative Protocol”, which have become the market standard agreements for tax allocation and liability sharing in relation to the FTT. Supporting and advising AFME in connection with its discussions with the Italian Minister of Economy and Finance regarding the application of the FTT
