Wiktoria Rogaska is an advocate and Senior Associate in the Warsaw office of K&L Gates and a member of the Innovative Energy and Environmental Protection Team. She is responsible for civil, administrative and court and administrative proceedings in the energy sector as well as white collar criminal matters. Wiktoria Rogaska also advises on court proceedings for environmental permits as well as planning and zoning permissions.

Wiktoria Rogaska has extensive experience in energy and environmental protection matters. Prior to joining K&L Gates, she worked as a lawyer in reputable Warsaw law firms. She gained professional experience by representing clients during judicial proceedings, both civil and economic. In addition, Wiktoria Rogaska was involved in non-governmental organization activities.
